This decan only occurs in type K tables.  In a well-ordered type K table it would appear once at the head of the table (1,1) and, conjecturally, once in the list columns in (C1,1).  However, no surviving K tables preserve any list columns.

This decan occupies the diagonal starting (1,4) in K1, and a long but broken reverse diagaonal starting at (1,1) and finishing at (12,12) in K2.  It occupies (1,1) in K3, K6, K7, and K8.  It is absent (due to damage) but expected on the other type K tables.
